• To act as customer service liaison officer with learners to ensure needs are met, e.g. attend to enquiries, course registration, training claims and grants when needed
• To work on document flow in the administration department
• To maintain and update the trainee database in Training Management System and TPGateway
• To manage training logistics and resources through coordinating with Trainers
• To follow up on the workflow processes in the administration department
• To ensure compliance in the workflow processes and flag out any issues of non-compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• 5 days work week (08:00 AM to 05.30 PM; rostered days off, including weekends)
• May be required to travel between branches (Joo Koon & Kaki Bukit) when needed
• Full Time or Freelance / Adjunct Trainers required to conduct WSQ training and assessment for these courses

Deliver and implement safety training programs based on organization’s needs
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B and above), relevant course certification
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualified
• At least 3 years relevant work experience
• Ability to conduct classes in English, Chinese, Malay, Tamil, Bengali, Bahasa, Mandarin
• Good presentation, training delivery and facilitation
