Learners are required to complete all 7 asynchronous e-learning modules and pass the test at the end of each module at least one day prior to the physical classroom session (cut-off time: 1600 hrs).
Failure to meet this requirement will result in the cancellation of registration.

This course aims to refresh trainees with the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift safely in every 3 years.

- Relevant Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Legislations / Singapore Standards SS573, applicable to forklift operation
- Refresh on the correct interpretation of the Load Chart
- Forklift Stability
- Pre-Operational & Post Checks on a Forklift Machine
- Techniques and requirements for safe operations
- Highlights on the common safety lapses by forklift operators and the consequences
- Safety Rules (Do’s and Don’ts)
- Carry out forklift operations (Practical)
Learners must be above 18 years of age and are assumed to:
- have completed "Operate Forklift" more than 3 years ago
- be able to interpret work instructions and technical information
- be able to listen, speak, read and write English (Applies to English Courses ONLY), and be able to process numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3, or PSLE qualification.

This course is applicable for SkillsFuture Funding up to 70%.
*From 1 Jan 2022, SkillsFuture course funding will be revised to a baseline of 50% subsidy, with an additional 20% subsidy (up to 70% subsidy) for SMEs and Mid-career individuals (Singapore citizens above 40 years old) . Do note that the funding amount advised is not final and is subject to changes.
