At the end of the programme, you will be able to:
- identify and address conflict performance
- apply techniques used to resolve conflicts
- monitor and review agreed actions to resolve conflicts
- research both internal and external sources for assistance to resolve conflicts
- write reports on the conflict resolved based on company procedures
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum Secondary GCE “N” level with 3 passes
- Minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
- Minimum 1 year of working experience

This course is applicable for SkillsFuture Funding up to 70%.
